Penny Tate
Kindergarten TA
Graduated from of Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Arts. Certified in Blind/Partially Sighted in Kansas and Missouri. Taught English and physical education on secondary level at Kansas School for the Blind for 25 years. Joined CCVI in 1991.
