Did you know that Debbie Gold, Executive Chef of The American Restaurant, won the inaugural CCVI Food Fight in 2010? She battled against Chef Colby Garrelts of Bluestem and Chef Ted Habiger of Room 39. The first Food Fight featured Star Anise as the secret ingredient.
