By looking back and looking forward, we are bringing back Illuminate on October 21, 2022. Mark your calendars as we highlight where we've been, where we are, and where we’re going. We’ll shine a spotlight on stories from inside our programs and share our vision for the future.
Q&A
Will there be food and beverage?
There is will four stations with heavy hors d'oeuvre including burnt ends, sliders, vegetable medleys, and dessert. There will also be an open bar.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire is recommended for this event.
Where is the event located?
The event will be held at the Abbott in Kansas City at 1901 Cherry Street.
Do I have to make an account to purchase a ticket?
In order to streamline the bidding for our live auction, a credit card will be put on file at the beginning of the evening, although participation is not required— simply encouraged! To expedite your check in, it’s highly recommended that you create an account when you purchase your ticket. Don’t worry— we won’t share your contact information with any other organizations outside of Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired.
Will there be valet parking?
There will not be valet parking but there is a parking lot next door.
