What is the Seasons of Care Program?

Formally known as Adopt-a-Family, the Seasons of Care Program is for CCVI families who are in need of assistance with gifts this holiday season!

**An application does not guarantee selection; we will do our absolute best to pair all applicants with a donor whenever possible! All families will remain anonymous; name and contact information is requested for internal purposes only.
